PATRICIA FEILD’S SWIMSATIONAL DISCO SOIREE

On Thursday May 25th Patricia Fields brought New York out to celebrate her new swimwear collection with the flamboyance we have all come to love from her.  In a celebration of the premiere of Sex and the City 2, and “the designers who make its stars look so fabulous”, Pat presented her new line of swimwear, eyewear and beach towels as well as designs by special guests Ivana Sert and The Blonds.  The party was on at the rooftop of 230 Fifth Avenue, with striking Manhattan views of the Empire State building and New York at night.  Despite the lack of any Sex and the City stars at the event, it was a roaring success, with Drag queens and divas mixing with socialites and fashionistas, uptown and downtown merging for the night. DJ’s Louie Vega, Anane Vega and Billy Beyond kept the party going for hours after the show wrapped, with guests mingling & dancing with the mannequins dressed in her latest swimwear.
