GARY GRAHAM COLLECTION VIDEO Gary Graham’sSpring 2011 inspiration was the vision of a metropolitan girl fleeing for green meadows (inspired by fictitious female artist named ‘Augustine Riley’). He envisions the adjustment of her city wardrobe blending into her newfound urban surroundings accordingly. Graham showcased his constructed-deconstructed outfits where models moved around on a graphic printed floor. With mostly neutral, earthy, black and red color palettes, his collection consisted of a lot of layered, draped pieces. We loved the strong black eye makeup, contrasting against the ultra feminine textures, the juxtaposition of hard and soft textures and the unique circular presentation.
