Vena Cava is the love child of Parson graduates Sophie Buhai and Lisa Mayock. These two women created their signature style from quirky prints, flowy fabrics, bright hues and above all, their own feminine flair. The latest collection features longer hemlines, asymmetry, silky fabrics, and hints of geometric bold shapes. Reminiscent of 1980s California by the sea, it’s easy to spot tunic dresses with a relaxed new-wave spin, black-and-white Baja style hoodies, chunky platform desert sandals, glamorous turban headbands, and high-waisted flared trousers.
