For two years designer Toni Francesc studied at Instituto Catalán de la Moda. After his studies, Francesc created his own company and line of womenswear clothing. He mixes urban and earthy elements together to create his own unique look. Francesc’s spring/summer 2011 collection was named “Urban Forest”, which was an interpretation of a forest-based city setting. Francesc used a color palette of beige, gray, and white juxtaposing it with flashes of orange, yellow and turquoise. He combined structured elements with loose draped fabrics, creating an effortless modern look. We loved the looks with wood accessories, and our favorite was the backless cool blue floor length silk dress draped through a wood collar neckpiece, stunning.
