MONCLER GRENOBLE – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION PRESENTATION
Moncler Grenoble’s Fall 2012 collection was presented on ice in Central Park’s Wollman Rink. The collection consisted of variations on the puffer jacket done in the french tricolore, red, white, and blue. The collection was inspired by Kubrick’s Space Odyssey and made from a material called Naplak, which was used to make bags in the sixties. Moncler Grenoble has become known for their spectacular show presentations in the past, and this one did not disappoint. Professional ice skaters speed skated, line danced, and performed a synchronized routine to old favorites like “New York, New York,” and new favorite, MIA’s “Bad Girls.”
