BETSY JOHNSON – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW

The influence of 1960s Britain is in plain sight in Betsey Johnson’s A/W Fall 2012 collection. Skinny herringbone suits, maxi dresses, and boldly colored blouses were paired with knee-high boots, neon tights, floppy hats and white-rimmed sunglasses. The bold looks of neon-pink fur and lime-green chiffon were contrasted by simple pieces like a cropped motorcycle jacket made from pink-flecked ivory bouclé, a black above-the-knee leather skirt with a lace-up front, and a pair of wide-leg trousers.
