AMINAKA WILMONT – LONDON F/W 2011 FASHION SHOW – VIDEO BY XXXX MAGAZINE

Aminaka Wilmont, designed by Maki Aminaka Löfvander and Marcus Wilmont, was created through the inspiration of totemic tribes and primitivism. The main components to their fall 2011 collection are animal prints and draping, complemented by some black leather jackets and thigh high tights. Some of the prints were a bit distracting with all the draping and short hemlines. Aminaka Wilmont contrasted thin and light fabrics with chunky boots and slicked back hair that gave the models a harder-edged appearance.
