ANDREA CREWS
Bold patterns, over-sized garments, and deconstructed street wear seemed to be what embodied Parisian fashion collective, Andrea Crews. The brand unveiled its Fall/Winter 2011 collection in it’s offbeat take on a typical runway show by having models dance and strike a pose (one by one) to a choreographed routine, much to the pleasure of onlooking guests. A few of our favorite pieces to keep us warm for the holiday season – the oversized multi-colored hoodie, a blood red exaggerated round-necked puffa jacket, and the multi-layered stuffed cotton “necklaces”; which make for the perfect modern alternative to a scarf.
