CARLOS MIELE – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW

The Brazilian, Carlos Miele, looked to the cowgirls from the south of his country for his A/W 2012 collection. Dressing his models in wool ponchos and black wide-brimmed hats, Carlos also used geometric patterns based on traditional embroidery. The ponchos gave way to silky eveningwear in shades of taupe, navy, black and tangerine, while tight pencil skirts and wide belts created hourglass silhouettes.
