Haute couture is not about women for Jean Paul Gaulthier. He is among the few couturiers to send men down the runway for his haute couture collections. The mixture of styles and cuts are coherent, and playful, with many famed models and artists taking to the runway at a wide range of styles and ages, from Mylène Farmer to Eve Salvail to his favorite, Tanel, to Karlie Kloss.

Gaulthier’s tailoring and use of feathers combined to create modern takes on his classic trenchs, dresses and skirts – for the men too.
