MARA HOFFMAN – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW
Mara Hoffman played with tribal patterns, breezy proportions, and Wild West styling in her “Shaman gauchos” inspired Fall 2012 collection. With long, flowing, printed, silk dresses with bright neon accents, the collection seemed more suited to a beach vacation than winter in New York. The loose, 70s cut of the dresses and separates were given a modern update with on-trend cowboy and tribal accessories. The silhouettes were bohemian and free-spirited, anchored only by heavy, metal jewelry and seriously wide-brimmed hats.
