MILLY BY MICHELLE SMITH – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW

Milly by Michelle Smith’s Fall 2012 collection, “Future Perfect” was girly and fun, with full, voluminous skirts in pink, blue and green, paired with fitted sweaters and cropped jackets.  The collection was a nod to the 1960s American girl in Paris with lots of polka dots and textured mini skirts with an emphasis on dramatic volume and a high waistline. The flirty silhouettes were finished off with a hearty dose of je ne sais quoi, and Michelle Smith’s modern interpretation of the classic beret.
