Self-taught designer, Rad Hourani, launched his label in 2007 in Paris. He likes to work with the idea of gender-agnosticism and has said “I never do inspiration boards”, “The inspiration is always the same-the inspiration is what I feel like wearing.” For his spring 2011 collection, Hourani maintained a strictly black and white color palette. The show featured male and female models dressed and styled identically or complementarily with a minimalist aesthetic that has become the signature of Hourani’s work.
