RICHIE RICH – NEW YORK S/S 2011 FASHION SHOW

Quirkie designer Richie Rich’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection featured more wearable clothing that we’ve seen from his past collections. The fun and youthful pieces included ruched, sparkly sleeveless dresses, to super long tulle skirts in candy colors. The show opened with a camp Tinsley Mortimer and progressed into more wearable pieces, but by midway through the Richie we know came out in full force. Muscle boys and bikinis hit the runway with a few Pamela-esque silicone moments, neck leashes and shocking flou hair raising the raunch levels to high alert. Surprise guest, Ellen DeGeneres, was the final model of the evening strutting her stuff down the runway.
