This season Smalto’s creative director, Youn Chong Bak took her inspiration from Asian steppes and traditional ancestral treasures of the Mongolian culture. Relaxed yet well tailored pieces were in perfect harmony. The line was anchored by natural elements and the generous usage of raw materials in cold refined colors; stark white, neutral greys and beige with hints of green and rich burgundy. Details of braided leather scarves, metal rivets and suede hoods gave an edge to this refreshing collection.
