Designer Yigal Azrouel has an unusual way of designing clothes. “I can’t really look at a model directly – I look at the mirror.” And so, having the models look longer and leaner in the reflection of a mirror, Azrouel showcases a long, lean, and refined 2011 collection. He uses a color palette of blush, creamy off-white, almond, black and greys. Tails of georgette fluttered as models walked down the runway, and a highlights of this collection was the exposed back crepe dress.
