Welsh born designer Julien Macdonald cites Japanese art, Chinese pottery and Lalique Crystal Glass and holidays on super-yachts as his SS12 influences. Alesha Dixon and Bianca Jagger were in the front row to see is high gloss glamour sail down the runway. Sharp tailoring, dragon tattoo prints, panels of leather, mesh, metallic belts and ornately embroidered sheer skirt dresses were all sported by models with slicked back hair painted in coloured emulsion and harsh porsche shades.
